The purchase of glasses for sale on the website renatobalestraeyewear.com is consequential to the conclusion of a contract of sale between the user of the site and the company MEGS OCCHIALI with registered office in Via A. The sale contract is concluded on the Site “on-line”, that is, it is a distance contract, or the legal transaction concerning movable goods concluded between the Company and the User within a distance selling system organized by the Company that, for this contract, uses the distance communication technology called “internet”. The contract of sale is concluded with the acceptance by the Company of the order placed by the User on the Site. The User’s order, being subject to the availability of the models of Products requested, as well as the place of delivery and other factors, constitutes the proposal that may be accepted or rejected by the Company at its sole discretion. Acceptance by the Company occurs through the order confirmation which is sent to the email address indicated by the User following receipt of the order. In case of non-receipt by the user of the Order Confirmation, the same will be considered refused by the Company. Obviously without prejudice to the possibility of an express refusal sent by any means (therefore also using ordinary e-mail) by the Company.
By sending the purchase order through the Site, the User declares to have read these conditions of sale and payment conditions and to accept them in full.
The price of the Products, already indicated on the site, will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation in a separate manner for each of the Products ordered. The Company reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of Products not in stock at the time of the Order Confirmation on the basis of current price lists if the same are different from those of the order date. The Order Confirmation will contain the image and model of the Products ordered, the order number, the date and time of the order and the User’s data. In case of temporary unavailability of the products ordered, the user will be notified promptly and will have the option to choose whether to complete the purchase or waive the same. The User agrees to promptly notify the Company of any corrections to be made to the data. The data included in the Order Confirmation will be necessary for the delivery of the Products and to identify all communications between the User and the Company.
The image accompanying the Products may not be fully representative of the characteristics of the Products and may differ in color and size.

Shipping Italy: Shipments in Italy are made through Mercury Express couriers. The delivery takes place in 24 hours except for the islands for which it takes 48 hours. The products will be entrusted to the courier will leave within 5 working days. The cost of shipping is € 10. Shipments through Mercury Express courier will be monitored exclusively by our company.
International shipments are made through Dhl courier, delivery times are for Europe 2/3 days and for the rest of the world 3/5 days.
The cost of a shipment in Europe varies from 15 € to 35 € depending on the country of destination and weight volume of the order, while for the rest of the world the cost varies from 25 € to 45 €.
All products are shipped from our headquarters in Via Ferrante Imparato 190, Naples (Italy).
For orders from non-European countries will be charged customs or import fees when the package reaches its destination country.
These costs are charged to the recipient.
Changes and Returns:
We accept, with our maximum availability, your request to replace items you do not like with others you prefer or make a return.
Returns must be made within 14 days.
Before shipping your package back, we ask that you notify us of your request via email.
Replacement or return can only be made if the item received has not been used in any way,
and is in perfect condition (including the original packaging): returns of damaged items will not be accepted, and therefore not replaced or refunded.
